How it works
Ozone creates a moderate and controlled oxidative stress in the body which activates multiple antioxidant responses that protect the cells, reduce inflammation, and stimulate energy production.

Types of ozone treatments
This is called autohemotherapy and is one of the most commonly used methods. Blood is withdrawn from the patient, infused with ozone, and returned to the body. Hyperbaric ozone therapy:
