Frequently Asked questions
Can I access these programs even if I do not live in Calgary?
Yes! For all plans all supplements can be shipped right to your door, vitamin D can be tested through an at home test kit (requiring a finger poke) and consults can be done via telemedicine. If you are interested in the ENHANCED plan, additional lab work can be obtained through a local lab near you
Do I have to be on a membership plan to obtain service with Dr. Nina Lewis-Larsson at Elevated Health?
No. All services can be obtained on an as needed basis without a membership
How do I obtain my lab tests?
All blood work can be done either at our clinic or at a local Alberta Precision Labs draw station. Vitamin D testing also has an option to be completed at home through a finger prick test.
How quickly can I obtain supplements included in the plan?
We can usually get you supplements within one week of requesting a refill by emailing info@elevatedhealthcare.ca
Are Bone Renewal, Cell protector or Vital Nutrients powder included in the Memberships?
Fortunately, Elevated Health is still able to source these products. While we are not able to include them in the plans at no cost, they are available to purchase with a discount for members.
Can I pay yearly for a plan instead of monthly?
Yes you can.

Can I obtain insurance receipts for the membership fees?
Yes. Receipts are provided, but keep in mind most plans only reimburse for consultations and lab work, not supplements. A detailed receipt can be provided showing fee breakdown upon request
