If you have current and relevant scan reports (x-rays, MRIs, etc.) or medical letters please bring them with you.
Wear something comfortable, ideally your clothes should not restrict your movement and be lightweight (i.e not denim or thick fabrics). If you have leg symptoms please bring or wear shorts.
We will discuss your full medical history (an intake form will be emailed to you to complete prior to your appointment), as well as discuss your primary health concerns. The remainder of the appointment will be dedicated to treatment and discussing ways to manage your condition.
